Truflex

Truflex is a versatile emblem. Since the illustration, together with the thermoplastic glue, is fixed directly onto the garment, it has an excellent flexibility, even with the larger sizes. Truflex smoothly follows the folds of your garment!

Many fabrics
One particular benefit of Truflex is its ability to be applied to many different kinds of fabrics. Not only to cotton and poly/cotton, but also on nylons, flame retardent fabrics and even on wool.

As to the design, our fully equipped studio can handle any sketch or illustration. The full colour example will give you a good idea of what the emblem will be like.

Press instructions for various fabrics

Recommendations for best quality results:

1. Apply transfer according to the above sealing instructions.
2. Adapt the size of the sealing pad to the size of the Truflex transfer to avoid imprint of the heating element.
3. Please test red, blue and green fabrics first to ensure the right parameters of pressure and temperature as well as the colour fastness of the dye in the fabric.
4. Let the transfer cool down completely after sealing. Remove the transparent layer.
5. In case of doubt, always consult Thermopatch!
