The 50th PSI, 68.000m2 large, was held in January 2012 in Dusseldorf, Germany. More than 19.000 visitors from 75 countries visited the exhibitors in 5 halls. Thermopatch presented new heat-seal presses: the manual operated NL-29 and the automatic double platen NL-33 AUTO.

The A+A 2011 in Düsseldorf, held from 18 to 21 october, had top visitor numbers.

60,100 Trade visitors, more than ever before in the event’s history (2009: 55,800), gathered information from 1,600 exhibitors from 54 nations. One in four visitors came from abroad.

The event saw a significant rise particularly from countries in South and Central America.

Thermopatch presented several new products, like Ready Flame Retardant, a digitally printed emblem which meets the requirements for flame retardancy of the EN 469:2006 standard. These products are presented in the new Identity products brochure which was introduced during the A+A 2011.

The 2011 Clean show in Las Vegas was one of the busiest shows we can remember. Thermopatch introduced new products as well as a new booth design and both received high remarks from our visitors. Highlighted at this show was our new Digi-Print product, it’s a new way to put your corporate identity on materials making the end result bold, vibrant and extremely durable, thus the new slogan, Brand It Boldly. Also shown at the show was our full line of heat-seal equipment, HiQ thermal printers, HiQ labels and the new Y-151 temporary marking system which incorporates a new cutting system.

Thermopatch has developed new heat seal emblems which are the ideal solution for all delicate textiles: MinuteMark. These emblems can either applied by means of a heat seal press at low temperature and just be ironed onto the garment!

Thanks to the latest printing technology used MinuteMark emblems can be produced in almost any colour, shape and size; there are virtually no limits. Moreover, the emblems can even contain graphics or photographs.

Minimum order quantity: 15 pcs. No additional costs

HS-21-SQR
We have listened…

Since the introduction of the innovative twin head HS-21 with round platens the request from the market has been whether we could make it with square platens instead.

We are therefore pleased to introduce to you the revised HS-21 with square platens as the HS-21-SQR. The electronics and functionality of this machine have not been changed, the main changes can be found in the sealing arm, heating element and the lower platens.

The HS-21-SQR will replace with immediate effect the HS-21 and is available from stock.
